ALCAZABA Lagoon is the resort of your dreams: spanning over 40,000 m2 of exotic gardens.
This modern 2020 apartment is south facing.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with a capacity for 4 people, 1 double bed + 2 single beds.
It is fully equipped to relax and enjoy your stay: lift, garden, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), 1 SMART TV, children's area, alarm, air conditioning (hot/cold), adult + children's pool, garage in the same building, TV (languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French.) sea and mountain view. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machines, frying pan, toaster and kettle are provided.
Located 100 m from the lagoon and its sandy beach, with 2 on-site restaurants.
3 km from the Mercadona / Aldi supermarkets, 4 km from the sandy beaches of Estepona, - 10km from a Lidl and the port of La Duquesa and its restaurants.
In Estepona you will also find many restaurants.
For golfers a paradise: Estepona Golf just 1 km away, 6 km from the El Paraiso golf course, 8 km from the Duquesa golf course, 16 km from the Los Flamingos golf course, 18 km from the Atalaya golf course, 20 km from the San Roque golf course, 22 km from the Alcaidesa golf course as well as the famous Valderama Golf Resort.
Beaches: Just 4 km from the Lagoon, you will find the beautiful beaches of Estepona with restaurants (called chiringuitos), 10 km from the port of La Duquesa, a picturesque little port.
Alcazaba Lagoon features: private beach, 2 on-site restaurants, gym, children's playground, showers, sauna, 2 wooden hot tubs, paddle boards, kayaks, beach volleyball court etc.
The ideal place to relax, play golf and enjoy your family holiday with children.
The prices of activities on the lagoon are included in the price for tenants. 4 bracelets for access to the Lagoon are available to tenants.
Pool open from 01/07 to 31/08 (except modification by government decision due to drought).

The apartment we rented this year was by far the best, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, tidy, very well equipped, the kitchen was heaven with all the many utensils, a credit to the owners, they have created an apartment fit for a super stay, thank you!
