This wonderful apartment is located in the heart of the Finca Cortesin golf course, an internationally renowned golf course whose course is considered one of the most beautiful in Spain. The Solheim Cup 2023 will take place on these tees!
The luxurious apartment, which is designed for a maximum of 4 people, consists of 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 2 bathrooms (shower and hydromassage bathtub), a very spacious and bright living and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A sunny balcony with a magnificent view of the golf course and the sea. Direct access to the pool and the lush, perfectly maintained gardens. Reversible air conditioning and underground parking.
The complex is guarded and video monitored 24 hours a day.
It is located in Bahía de Casares, only 5 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the La Duquesa marina, 20 minutes from Marbella and 45 minutes from Malaga Airport.
The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless this is changed by a government decree due to drought).

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer days or warm up during the cooler evenings (with a time limiter). Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car. High-speed internet and the Smart TV will allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. You will also be able to enjoy international channels.
