One of the best golf courses in Spain, hosting the World Match Play Championship. Luxurious apartment with refined decor, located on the ground floor with a garden and direct access to the superb pool. It is decorated with 'POMAX', 'FLAMENT', 'SCAPA HOME', and 'ZARA HOME' furnishings. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with all Siemens appliances, a laundry room with storage, a dryer and a washing machine, a large entrance hall with a closet, and a beautifully furnished living-dining room. This opens onto a large, bright covered terrace with an outdoor seating area, a dining table and sun loungers. The two large bedrooms each have a dressing room and a fully equipped private bathroom. The apartment also has a folding baby cot and a high chair. The estate is fully secured with security guards and video surveillance. This high-end apartment is located 5 minutes from the beaches and shops, 15 minutes from Puerto Banus, 10 minutes from Sotogrande, 20 minutes from Marbella and 45 minutes from Malaga airport. Ronda is 70 km away, Seville 120 km, Granada 150 km and Cadiz 140 km. The pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. The place has been built to a very high spec with all the amenities you need + more! It really felt like a home from home. A beautiful pool that is shared by a small bock of apartments - -each block has it’s own pool so plenty of space and time to relax without ever experiencing overcrowding. Location for us was perfect, a lovely view of the golf course and sea – plenty of options to experience real Spanish food in the area. We are already planning another visit next year! A slick process with ZapinVest – highly recommended.
