1. SITUATION
Magnificent new penthouse located in a secure residential complex, situated on the Costa del Sol, approximately 3 km from the Mediterranean in the Casares bay, between Marbella and Gibraltar, 2 km from the Dona Julia golf course.
This residential complex comprises 8 buildings of 2 floors plus 1 solarium, with 2 swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and a children's play area within its grounds. Each building has a large closed garage with a reserved space in front of the cellar of each apartment and an external elevator.

Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt, die Pools in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar und die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet (Utensilien in der Küche mehr als ausreichend vorhanden).
Die Aufteilung der Räume war ebenfalls top sowie die wunderschöne Pasee more
Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt, die Pools in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar und die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet (Utensilien in der Küche mehr als ausreichend vorhanden).
Die Aufteilung der Räume war ebenfalls top sowie die wunderschöne Panoramaaussicht von der riesengroßen Dachterrasse. |

Het zou mooi zijn als jullie met de huurders overleggen of ze gebruik gaan maken van de jacuzzi zodat deze al schoon en gevuld is.

La inclusión de mosquiteras en las ventanas, ya que parece que por la zona hay bastantes mosquitos incluso algún gato y por las noches hay que decidir entre dormir con las ventanas abiertas exponiendote a las picaduras o la entrada de algún gato en lsee more

Por otro lado la limpieza no era muy exhaustiva. Tuvimos que barrer y fregar el piso al entrar. Por lo demás todo bien, hemos estado muy cómodos y posiblemente volveremos. Gracias |
