Description
Magnificent 90 sq.m penthouse located on the second floor of a very quiet (2020) residential development in the heart of nature. The view is open on 180 degrees, you can see the sea, the mountains, a hillside of vineyards and the Casares golf course directly accessible on foot. The main orientation is south but the sun illuminates the huge terrace from early morning until sunset. The apartment is very bright and equipped with air conditioning (reversible heating mode for winter) in all rooms. The terrace is approximately 140 sq.m and consists of a lounge area for 6 people, a table for 6 to 8 people with a large parasol as well as 2 comfortable sun loungers. All enhanced with tropical plants. The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a super-equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, pod coffee machine, toaster, etc.), a cosy living room with smart TV and sound bar, and a dining area for 6 people. It also has 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), dressing room and shower room (with sink, toilet, shower and bidet) as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 dressing room and 1 second shower room. Both bedrooms are equipped with shutters for the night. The apartment is secured by an alarm and fire detectors. The residence has 3 swimming pools and a paddle court (rackets and balls provided). The Casares golf course is a 1 minute walk away and the renowned Finca Cortesin golf course is 500 metres away. A pizzeria and a restaurant are also 150 metres away. Many walks are possible from the residence. Numerous parking spaces are available. The sea is about 1km away with restaurants and bars. The Duquesa port is 4km away. The airport is 55 minutes away. The charming centre of Estepona is 10 minutes away, Marbella is 25 minutes away with its renowned Puerto Banus port. Gibraltar is 35km away, Torremolinos is 1 hour away, Granada is 2 hours away, Seville and Cordoba are 2.5 hours away. The pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (except modification by government decision due to drought).

3. Should at least provide the "first" roll of toilet paper as people may need to use the loo right after check in before can make the way to the supesee more
