It opens onto a large 40m² terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a lounge with a coffee table allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. The golf course surrounding the complex ensures a calm and serene environment. It also includes an underground parking space. It is possible to walk to the beach and the supermarket in 10 minutes and to the port of La Duquesa in 15 minutes. This apartment is ideally located near all the amenities of the region (Estepona, Marbella, Sotogrande, ...). The activities offered are numerous and therefore ideal for family holidays or to play golf. Swimming pool open from 07/01 to 08/31 (except modification by government decision due to drought).
