This beautiful 75 m² apartment is newly built and fully equipped for 4 people (1 double bedroom, 1 double) and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a kitchen (fridge - freezer - oven - ceramic hob - washing machine - dishwasher - Senseo - toaster - microwave) and a large living-dining room. 12 m² terrace with views of the pool, gardens and mountains.
The area in which it is located is closed and secured 24 hours a day. It has two outdoor pools, a paddle tennis court, a children's playground and an underground garage with private parking. Guests have access to WIFI in the apartment.
Located in the Valle Romano Golf, 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from the port of La Duquesa, near Sotogrande, 3 km from the beach, near several theme parks such as Selwo, Aventura Amazonia).
The pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by a government decision due to drought).

Lors de notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propre, les lits étaient faits et les serviettes étaient en suffisance.
L'appartement est très bien situé dans un magnifique golf, la piscine est proche, la plage ainsi que des grandes surfaces sont à see more

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un magnifique golf, la piscine est proche, la plage ainsi que des grandes surfaces sont à quelques minutes en voiture. L'appartement est très bien conçu avec air conditionné, il possède une belle terrasse avec une tente solaire. La cuisine est super équipée. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une très belle région et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. |
