It is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms (shower and hydro massage bath), living room with sofa bed and dining room. Fully and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, microwave, percolator, toaster and laundry room with washing machine, manual dryer, iron and ironing board. Independent reversible air conditioning in each room and home automation system.
The private residence in which it is located has perfectly maintained common areas, several communal pools (in summer) and underground parking.
This very spacious and bright apartment is located at the foot of a well-known golf course on the Costa del Sol, between Gibraltar and Malaga, 150m from the Alcaidesa Golf club house and 1.5 km from the sea and bars and restaurants. 15 minutes from the port of La Duquesa, less than 10 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Sotogrande and 50 minutes from Malaga airport.

Un peu de chaleur ds la deco, 1 tapis et surtout un appareil style nespresso car le senseo donne vraiment un café moyen
( difficulté à trouver des dosettes senseo) et ne parlons pas du percolateur qui est de l’autre génération.

Me ha gustado mucho la limpieza del alojamiento. El sitio es muy práctico y tiene todo lo que necesita. La terraza tenía todos los muebles necesarios para poder utilizarla. Las indicaciones para llegar al lugar son perfectas. Espero repetir.

El mobiliario es estupendo pero la mesa del comedor es muy poco práctica ya que por mucho cuidado que tengas, cae alguna gota y es muy difícil limpiarla.

We offer you a beautiful newly renovated apartment with high-quality decor and furniture. Located in a human-sized residence nestled in nature in the prestigious La Alcaidesa links. The residence is fully secured and has all the amenities for a satisfactory holiday. There are 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool for the little ones and a paddle court. The fully equipped apartment has two bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 bathrooms (one with an Italian shower and the other with a bathtub). The bedding is of high quality. You can choose between 2 large terraces. One facing south where you can have breakfast or sunbathe. The other, much cooler in summer, where you can enjoy the garden furniture or the large dining table and the magnificent unobstructed view of the nature reserve and the sea. The magnificent Casa Club is 300 m away, where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or a game of golf in a magnificent setting with views of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. Although in a quiet and relaxing place, entertainment is not far away. Sotogrande, the St Tropez of the Costa del Sol, is 10 minutes away, the Puerto de la Duquesa with its marina, numerous bars (including a Belgian one) and restaurants is 20 minutes away. Want to go shopping? Gibraltar and its tax-free shops are 15 km away. One of the assets of the place is undoubtedly its immense wild beaches (1.5 km) among the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.
