It has two bedrooms with quality bedding, each with its own bathroom and access to a terrace, a bathroom in the pool house, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob and everything necessary for cooking enthusiasts), a living room with flat screen TV and wifi, and a microcement floor.
The apartment is a haven of peace. The calm and serene atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and the location is ideal for quiet or active holidays, depending on your preferences. The residence is located between a golf course and a nature reserve, and offers two swimming pools and a padel court.
Alcaidesa is a development with a privileged location, situated between a nature reserve, the sea and a golf course. Nearby is the Alcaidesa beach, a quiet natural place with a breathtaking view of the Rock of Gibraltar; the pretty port of Sotogrande and its polo matches; and the San Roque golf course. A little further away, Gibraltar and its iconic rock, the charming white villages of Andalusia, Tarifa and its white sand beaches, the seaside resort of Marbella, Malaga overflowing with culture.
The nearest international airports are Gibraltar (18 km) and Malaga (110 km).
The apartment is non-smoking and has a private parking space.
The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (except for changes due to government decisions for drought reasons).

I stayed for over a month for work and loved it. The location is excellent and peaceful. Apartment itself is great, well equipped and spacious. The terrace is absolutely fantastic for a nice relaxation after work with a beautiful view. Excellent - 10see more
