We offer you a beautiful newly renovated apartment with high-quality decor and furniture. Located in a human-sized residence nestled in nature in the prestigious La Alcaidesa links. The residence is fully secured and has all the amenities for a satisfactory holiday. There are 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool for the little ones and a paddle court. The fully equipped apartment has two bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 bathrooms (one with an Italian shower and the other with a bathtub). The bedding is of high quality. You can choose between 2 large terraces. One facing south where you can have breakfast or sunbathe. The other, much cooler in summer, where you can enjoy the garden furniture or the large dining table and the magnificent unobstructed view of the nature reserve and the sea. The magnificent Casa Club is 300 m away, where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or a game of golf in a magnificent setting with views of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. Although in a quiet and relaxing place, entertainment is not far away. Sotogrande, the St Tropez of the Costa del Sol, is 10 minutes away, the Puerto de la Duquesa with its marina, numerous bars (including a Belgian one) and restaurants is 20 minutes away. Want to go shopping? Gibraltar and its tax-free shops are 15 km away. One of the assets of the place is undoubtedly its immense wild beaches (1.5 km) among the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.
