The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and the marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea views and views of the gardens and pools. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows: a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with low tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning in hot cold, flat screen TV, free Wifi. Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is located between the charming La Duquesa Golf (18 holes) and La Duquesa marina in San Luis de Sabinillas, a picturesque Andalusian village, 30 minutes from Marbella. The residence is perfectly maintained, green, quiet and secure (remote access and 24/7 security guard). Beautiful lush gardens with a natural pond. There are sun loungers available in the flower gardens and next to the pools (3). For children, there is a safe play area and a children's pool (secured by a lifeguard). Common barbecues available with garden tables and parasols. 2 padel courts, petanque and ping-pong. There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. La Duquesa marina is a 5 minute walk away. The sandy beaches are a 10 minute walk away. The residence is 10 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella, 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 50 minutes from Malaga, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Ronda, 1:15 from Jerez. 1h30 from Cadiz and 2h30 from Seville and Granada. Nice apartment in the port of La Duquesa, close to bars and restaurants. Fully equipped, this nice one-bedroom apartment can accommodate 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. The terrace has views of the marina. Comfortable and modern, it is the ideal base for a dream holiday on the Costa del Sol. Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, it is also close to some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Golf. Shops and restaurants are just a step away.
