It is located in a quiet, secure residence with pools and is just a few minutes' drive from the bars and restaurants of Puerto de la Duquesa.
Free parking spaces are available within the complex.
The apartment consists of:
2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds), both with large wardrobes and outdoor access.
A bright living room with sea views, ultra-comfortable sofa and Smart TV + wifi. A fold-down bed for 2 people is located in the living room and can comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests (a screen is available).
2 bathrooms equipped with bathtubs.
Also: closed kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ... as well as a small laundry room with washing machine.
The large, furnished terrace is ideal for admiring the panoramic sea views and enjoying your holiday in complete tranquility...
