Ideal apartment for 4 people, ideally located with a beautiful sea view terrace, pool and golf course where you can admire extraordinary sunrises. It is located in a quiet, secure residence with pools and a paddle tennis court. Just a few minutes' drive away, you will find bars and restaurants in Puerto de la Duquesa and other tourist destinations. Free parking spaces are available within the complex. The apartment is ideally furnished and has 2 bedrooms, one en-suite master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, and the other with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. The living room is spacious, bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary comforts. The large, furnished terrace confirms the charm of this accommodation thanks to its magnificent sea view. Pool open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).
