- A second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a small balcony.
- A second bathroom with a bathtub-shower.
- A large living room with a smart TV and direct access to the terrace.
- A large 29 m2 terrace with a view of the pool area, fully furnished (tables, lounge, chairs, sun loungers) to have aperitifs, meals and enjoy the Andalusian sun and the sea breeze.
- A laundry-pantry with a washing machine.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with internet-WiFi.
Ideally located, 1.5 km away you will find shops, bars, restaurants, beach bars, as well as the small port of La Duquesa, essential in the region, and the Senda Litoral for long walks along the sea.
