The residence in which it is located has 4 swimming pools, a children's park, a barbecue area, an underground car park, beautiful outdoor facilities around a lake and is permanently secured with security and a closed-circuit television system.
It is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, on the Duquesa golf course, just 5 minutes' walk from the marina and the beaches, 10 minutes from the town of Estepona, Marbella 25 minutes and 50 minutes from Malaga airport.
Pool open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought)
