Magnificent apartment located 2 km from the port and the beach, in one of the most beautiful areas of Manilva, Duquesa de la Villa. It has 5 swimming pools, a paddle court, as well as beautiful gardens.
The apartment offers a beautiful view of two pools and gardens and the Andalusian and coastal countryside. It has air conditioning and has been completely painted and decorated. The floors and bathrooms are of local marble.
It has a large living room extended by a large terrace with a dining corner and a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room with washing machine and iron. It has 2 bedrooms with new bedding (double bed in one and two singles in the other), 2 bathrooms and a toilet (one with bubble bath and shower, the other with shower).
It has Internet, TV and a garage. The area is secure 24/7.
A visit to the area: Gibraltar, Tarifa, Seville, Casares, Estepona, Ronda, Marbella, Malaga...

I like the apartment but the knives in the kitchen need to be replaced, and some of the pots and pans. There are one pan and one pot that can be used for cooking, the other ones are unhealthy to use. Otherwise it is ok.

Habría que mejorar la comunicación con la agencia.
La limpieza no era lo esperado al entrar al apartamento pero la agencia se ofreció a realizar una nueva limpieza y solucionaron el problema.
