The property is particularly complete, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a separate toilet. air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection (+ Smart TV).
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. In addition to off-street parking, there is also an underground parking space (no. 3), accessible by lift and/or access road.
