The 100 m² penthouse will seduce you with its space, its interior design, splendid views of the solarium, the south-west orientation to the south /. The penthouse consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, freezer, ..) 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with a double bed and the other with two single reading beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), a beautiful and very comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The solarium offers beautiful 200° views, has a table, 8 chairs, sun loungers. TV with French channels and a rechargeable wifi router (at the tenant's expense).

The complex has very beautiful well-maintained outdoor areas, a communal pool with beautiful views of Gibraltar and guarded parking. Secure access.
The apartment is located 1.5 km from the beach and some impressive coves, 2 km from shops, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from Sotogrande and 10 minutes from the port of La Duquesa.
Pool open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).
