This magnificent, newly furnished apartment can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a bright living-dining room, 1 bedroom with sea views (with a double bed), 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and a 33 m² corner terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the ruins of the Duchess' castle. Reversible air conditioning.
Located in a closed and private residence with a pool (in summer), sauna, gardens, 24-hour security, lifts and underground parking.
It is ideally located on the seafront, opposite the beach. It is only a 5-minute walk from the magnificent Duquesa marina, the golf course and the Padle golf course. Close to all services, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. 10 minutes from Estepona, 25 minutes from Marbella, 40 minutes from the famous Rock of Gibraltar and 50 minutes from Malaga airport.
Pool open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).
