Located in Manilva, in Andalusia, this beautifully renovated Marina Real apartment is endowed with a lovely location with its glazed balcony (sliding system), views of the marina, the "Puerto de la Duquesa" yacht harbour and direct views of the sea.
It has a parking space in the underground garage and two large communal swimming pools. One is located at the same level as the apartment and the second is located in the gardens that give access to the beach and the promenade.
The apartment has an equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with a flat-screen TV, a laundry area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has an Italian shower.
The apartment is located near the shops, bars and restaurants of the port, 500 m from the Duquesa golf course and close to Estepona (10 minutes), Marbella (25 minutes) and Malaga airport (60 minutes), Gibraltar airport (20 minutes).
The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).

The apartment was very tastefully decorated. With everything you need for a welcome break there. The very spacious balcony was so desirable, where you could sit and watch the world go by (Excellent table and comfy chairs add to it)! The only downsidesee more

The only downside is that because of the very central location to the lovely marina it tends to get Very Noisy during the early hours!!! Fabulous apartment.

This apartment was excellent and everything we had hoped for having read the reviews. Ideally located with great views over the Marina and a 2 minute walk to a number of bars & restaurants.

There is a lovely pool area with well kept grounds. I would recommend certainly this apartment for a lovely stay. |

The air conditioning was not working which would have helped for a more comfortable nights sleep.
The bedding could be improved duvets are very heavy for comfort, the pillows are an odd shape and not at all comfortable.
