The private complex is ideally located just minutes walk from the beach, the center and its amenities. It features 2 swimming pools, beautiful mature gardens and underground garage.
Given the urbanization you will find a large and beautiful park for children and a basketball court and a skate park within 200m.
The first golf course (Duquesa Golf) is just 3min.
The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by governmental decision due to drought).
