Description
This spacious, air-conditioned apartment will impress you with its space, its magnificent views of the sea and vineyards, its south-facing orientation and the partially covered terrace. The covered terrace is furnished with a large round table and matching chairs for 6 people, and the partially covered terrace contains a small seating area as well as two sun loungers.
The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, wine cooler, kettle, Nespresso machine, Bodum coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, juicer, etc.), 2 spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom each.
Large flat-screen TV (smart TV) with over 200 channels, 300 MB fibre-optic WiFi, hi-fi system.
Private underground parking space.
Outdoor pool.
The apartment is 400 m walk from the beach. The Eroski supermarket is 300 m away, Mercadona 2 km and Lidl 3 km away. The pretty Puerto de la Duquesa marina is a 15-minute walk away.
If you want to visit Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Casares, Sotogrande, Algeciras, Gibraltar, Tarifa, Cádiz, Seville, Granada and the beautiful white villages of Andalusia, you are in the right place.
