We welcome you to this large and beautiful villa located in the centre of Pilar de la Horadada for six people.
Inside there are three bedrooms with double beds, two of them overlooking the pool. On the other hand, the kitchen is fully equipped and the rest of the house offers TV with international channels, hot and cold air conditioning, WiFi and outdoor parking in front of the villa.
Heading outside, we find the private swimming pool with outdoor shower next to a spacious garden equipped with its furniture, where we will find a beautiful tree and we will be able to enjoy family lunches and dinners in peace and quiet. One aspect to bear in mind about the pool is that it is equipped with a heat pump, which ensures that you can enjoy its pleasant temperature even in the cooler months. If you go to the upper floor you will find views over a park.
The villa is located in a very strategic area, as it is 3 minutes walking distance to restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance to Aldi and Dia supermarkets. As for the beaches, you will find the nearest one at 5 minutes by car, El Mojon beach in Torre de la Horadada. Less than 15 minutes drive away you will find the Lo Romero Villamartin Golf courses and the Balsicas Mar Menor train station. Just 20 minutes away you can enjoy water sports experiences in Torrevieja, as well as its beautiful beaches. On the other hand, if you need to go to the airport, you will be 30 minutes away from Murcia airport and 50 minutes from Alicante-Elche airport.
