Splendid house with sea view and located next to one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe (Golf The Links D'Alcaidesa). Beach access on foot. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children. It consists of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). Three bedrooms, one with a safe. Garage in the basement with private space for two cars. You can walk to small bars or restaurants, as well as a pharmacy, supermarket, beach restaurants. This luxurious contemporary villa dominates the coast in a spectacular way. It offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the nearby sea as well as the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coasts. Its large private swimming pool overlooking the sea, as well as its garden, give it all its prestige. It is located in a quiet and secure residential area. The villa also has an alarm system. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 luxurious bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen open to a large and bright living room. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has air conditioning (and heating), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, an electric plancha... The villa has a private parking (not suitable for lowered cars). Its garden and terrace, facing southwest, allow you to enjoy optimal sunshine and the sunset over Gibraltar. Many shops, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and activities are nearby. It is 5 minutes from the port of La Duquesa and the prestigious marina of Sotogrande. It is 20 minutes from the charming town of Estepona and you can spend a day of shopping or an evening at a restaurant in Marbella, which is just 30 minutes away.
