This luxurious contemporary villa dominates the coast in a spectacular way. It offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the nearby sea as well as the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coasts. Its large private swimming pool overlooking the sea, as well as its garden, give it all its prestige. It is located in a quiet and secure residential area. The villa also has an alarm system.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 luxurious bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen open to a large and bright living room. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
It has air conditioning (and heating), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, an electric plancha...
The villa has a private parking (not suitable for lowered cars).
Its garden and terrace, facing southwest, allow you to enjoy optimal sunshine and the sunset over Gibraltar.
Many shops, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and activities are nearby. It is 5 minutes from the port of La Duquesa and the prestigious marina of Sotogrande. It is 20 minutes from the charming town of Estepona and you can spend a day of shopping or an evening at a restaurant in Marbella, which is just 30 minutes away.

Mettre à disposition une rallonge pour la plancha, un mixeur, mais aussi un aspirateur de meilleur qualité (des équipements pour l'entretien intérieur de la maison), car durant 10 jours nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de faire un petit entretien dsee more

Faire chauffer la piscine serait TOP. Réparer les problèmes d'humidité en bas, dans la pièce où se situe le billard, cela sent très fort. Réparer la dureté des serrures de porte. Mettre à disposition un explicatif des activités à faire dans les environs (photos de l'endroit à visiter et une explication) serait le bienvenu. Mettre à disposition une ou deux bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée. Pour l'alarme, aucune info pour l'activation de celle-ci, ça serait donc bien un explicatif. |

This villa's panoramic view with private pool by itself is already worth the trip !! If I tell you that the view from the inside of the villa but also from the nice terrace and swimming pool gives you a 180° panoramic view to the Mediterranean sea, to the beach La Sardina (one of the nicest in the region) but also to Gibraltar and the african coast... You got it, it will be difficult to fin something better than this magnificent property of nearly 140 m2, 3 bedrooms (one of them doble bed and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms built on a 640 m2 plot, very private and oriented south - west. Freshly renovated with a brand new fully equipped kitchen in a modern style, this villa has also kept its andalusian charm and style. Its exclusive location offers you one of the best region of Europe to be discovered, The costa del sol, Andalucia in all its splendor, with Sotogrande's marina and its yachts only 2 km away but also Duquesa's marina with another style.
